The Supreme Court ruled on March 3 that government contractors can be protected from revealing their covert activities concerning the alleged torture of 9/11 detainees. The case referred to Abu Zubaydah, a man who was tortured brutally by Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) contractors at Guantanamo Bay.
Zubaydah was the first prisoner detained by the CIA to undergo what was called an “enhanced interrogation.” During one 20-day period, he was waterboarded 83 times, 24 hours a day. During that period, the suspected terrorist was also knocked against walls, crammed into a coffin-like box for hours at a time to simulate live burial and subjected to something the federal government called “rectal rehydration.” (Related: CIA experiment survivor shares her story at the Red Pill Expo on Brighteon.)
In the end, the two CIA contractors who managed Zubaydah’s interrogation concluded that they held the wrong man and that he was not a high-level al-Qaeda operative that the government intelligence agency had thought.
This was all publicly documented by a Senate Intelligence Committee report, the European Court of Human Rights, extensive media reports and revelations by the two CIA contractors who directed Zubaydah’s torture. The now-former contractors were not allowed by the CIA to write and speak extensively as well as testify in limited circumstances about the “enhanced interrogation” program.
The CIA invoked its “state secrets” privilege in order to block their goons from being forced to give this crucial testimony after Zubaydah’s lawyers subpoenaed the federal agency to force testimony from the alleged torturers.
The Supreme Court, in a 7-2 decision, ruled that the CIA was lawful and correct for hiding their psychotic and evil criminal activity under the pretense of national security.
Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote a biting protest in opposition to the ruling. Gorsuch explained that the government is using national security to “shroud major abuses” and “avoid further embarrassment for past misdeeds.”
“But as embarrassing as these facts may be, there is no state secret here. This court’s duty is to the rule of law and the search for truth. We should not let shame obscure our vision,” Gorsuch said.
This ruling came as the federal government presently detains American patriots under harsh and uncommon conditions and brings the war on terror to the homeland using the Jan. 6 Capitol incident as their catalyst to do so.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had earlier issued an advisory warning of a “heightened” terrorist threat from Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) skeptics and election fraud reformers.
“The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors. These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence,” the DHS stated in their warning published on February 7.
“The proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions” was listed by the DHS as the top cause for their terror advisory.
“For example, there is widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19. Grievances associated with these themes inspired violent extremist attacks during 2021,” the DHS said, providing no supportive evidence to strengthen their allegations.
The DHS added that “COVID-19 mitigation measures – particularly COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates – have been used by domestic violent extremists to justify violence since 2020 and could continue to inspire these extremists to target government, healthcare and academic institutions that they associate with those measures.”
